Pete Monfre is a twenty eight year veteran entrepreneur and advisor to leaders and teams from Fortune 100 companies to small, closely held enterprises.  Monfre is a sought after speaker, a recognized expert in sales and marketing strategy and has been featured in Inc. Magazine, Time Magazine, Forbes, and other major publications.  He holds a Master’s degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin. He has been recognized by President Obama with the Lifetime Achievement Award for Presidential Service for his work in science education and humanitarian aid.

Heidi Acott-Monfre: Creative Director

Heidi Acott-Monfre is a thirty year veteran of the marketing and advertising industry working for some of the world’s largest agencies and brands. A skilled and experienced commercial artist,  Heidi brings a clean, professional style to corporate identity, communications, advertising and brands.

Acott-Monfre co-founded Monfre/Acott Marketing Communications in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she supervised a creative team of 23 producers and designers. She is active on the Board of The Georgetown Art Center and holds a B.F.A. in Graphic Design. She was awarded the President’s Call to Service Award for her work in science education.
