Clarity interviewed sales representatives and dealers to uncover value drivers, competitive information and other critical intelligence to create preference among dealers over competing products.

Client Outcome

Clarity created a promotional strategy to refresh the company’s positioning, motivate dealers to specify its products over competing interests and educate distributors on the key differentiators and application case studies for the new line of products.

 

Our work helped increase top line revenues for the product line of 123% in less than a year as dealers began to specify Cutler-Hammer products over others.
