About Pete Monfre

25 years ago I was frustrated by my then-fledgling, solo consulting effort. I had already built a firm serving a roster of F100 clients and I thought going solo would secure the same level of clients – hoo boy, was I wrong. 

 

But I made the transition.  From my basement in Glendale, Wisconsin I developed a strategy to, once again, run with the big dogs. 

 

But it wasn’t easy. I stumbled for a couple years trying to find out why some consultants billed 10X my fee – yet I could barely give it away. 

It didn’t make sense until I befriended an elite advisor who shared her system and approach to how high level consultants operate, market and sell that allows them to land meaningful and lucrative work – consistently. 

 

After I learned to change my mindset, I merged her knowledge with mine and got to work implementing.
