Prevacid is a drug that helps patients manage acid reflux disease (GURD) manufactured by TAP Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Abbott Laboratories.
The client was looking for innovative, special promotions faster than its current agency or in-house team could deliver.
It turned to Clarity Marketing Support to help reach doctors across the United States to design and manage promotional campaigns to physicians, clinics and hospitals.
Clarity worked closely with the V.P. of U.S. Sales and Marketing to create direct marketing programs and advertising campaigns collaborating with over a dozen agencies around the country to promote the drug to physicians.
Clarity’s work supported a larger effort to put Previcid in every doctors office in America. Since our work, the drug has moved from prescription only to over the counter and is one of the most ubiquitous medications in the world.
