After reviewing past marketing efforts (plans, website, collateral, business plans, etc.) we will conduct systematic workshops with the sales team, the executive team and marketing teams (internal and external) to get an advanced understanding of the specific circumstances, capabilities, historical performance, etc.
Client time requirements: 3 team meetings (approx 2 hours each) and approximately 2 hours to gather and upload documents for review.
Together we will perform targeted customer and competitive research to confirm or contrast with information from Phase 01.
Best of all, Phase 02. uncovers hidden obstacles (or opportunities) that are a surprise nobody saw coming in the previous phase.
Client time requirements: 2-3 hours over 30 days.

We deliver the missing link from most planning processes: a detailed, monthly tactical plan including roles, responsibilities, tactics, timing, budget – everything a team needs to execute.
The previous three steps are a journey to find answers. This phase brings it together in a living process document that lays out the marketing plan in detail including tactics, timelines, responsibilities and more.
We will be available by Zoom and email to help expand on the plan presented, elaborate further on key points, answer questions and clarify our recommendations.
