Coaching – While there is overlap between what I do and what business coaches do, I’m more focused on sales and marketing while bringing domain experience to the business. I share what I’ve learned starting, running and growing businesses over the course of my career. 

 

Seat of the pants – I work with a defined process that is adapted to each client’s specific circumstance. This process has been proven over the course of hundreds of clients. Unlike coaches and advisors that “make it up as they go”, we’ll follow a path that’s proven to work for many other, similar clients.

 

One size fits all – My work is highly individualized and tailored to each client. I believe that the business must align with what the owners and key stakeholders want personally. I work with a flexible problem-solving framework but every client and every solution is unique.
