Level Two includes Level One plus a digital survey and up to 20 personal, anonymous* interviews.

We will develop a digital survey and interview guide and schedule short calls to put a finer point on the buyer’s journey, which messages are more compelling, how they decide one vendor or solution over another and much more. 

 

Combining digital research with personal interviews allows more detail and a sharper picture of how customers think, behave and buy. 

 

*Anonymity is crucial. We make sure customers know that their identities will not be connected to the data. This, plus our objective, third party status allows for more candor on their part. They will tell us things they would never tell you. 

LEVEL THREE: TRADESHOW INTELLIGENCE
