Gartner Research paints an ugly picture of the marketing industry in a recent study. Of the marketing leaders they surveyed only 11% were “satisfied or very satisfied” with their marketing efforts.
That’s an indictment on an industry if I’ve ever seen one. The current marketing industry practices are causing mass PTSD for clients and costing them a pretty penny.
