Our team worked with the founder of the company and conducted extensive industry and customer research to clearly define the main concerns for each target market.
Based upon this data we implemented one of the first “eco-friendly” pest management approaches and a marketing strategy to position the company as a holistic alternative to traditional pest control.
We produced print, television, online and radio advertising and managed Batzner’s marketing program.
Our work was instrumental in helping the firm grow over 9X EBITDA over five years. It continues to be one of the largest, family owned pest management firms in the United States
